We had a wonderful week Per mezzo di Joan's beautiful apartment. Apice: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. Con front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that Per mezzo di and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm.
